Animal Projects
Contact: Amy Williams & Amanda Brooks
Youth have the opportunity to learn about various animal projects. From raising rabbits to exhibiting dairy cattle, there are projects for everyone. Currently, we have very active Beef, Horse, Poultry, Sheep and Swine programs.

Honor Club

Honor Club is a statewide organizaiton that provides recognition to 7th through 12th grade 4-H club members who have demonstrated leadership ability and have been active in their 4-H clubs and communities. Honor Club meetings are held monthly and Honor Club members participate in a wide variety of activities. Some past activities include a gardening project with the Lenoir City Housing Authority, painting the gymnasium at the Loudon Park, cleaning the stream that runs thorugh Rock Springs Park, building birdhouses for the nursing home, writing letters to the service men, and much more. Judging Teams

Judging teams are a great way to meet friends. Judging teams are group activities where members compare items and make choices. In 4-H judging, you practice decision making by placing or selecting one article, product or animal over another. Judging Teams include:
Clothing, Dairy Products, Food/Nutrition, Forestry, Horse, Interior Design, Land, Livestock, Meats, Poultry, Wildlife, Chicken BBQ, and Outdoor Meat Cookery.
