Building Teamworking Skills through 4-H

4-H’ers can get involved with a variety of different teams where they can learn decision making and communication skills, networking skills, and cooperation skills needed to get ahead in their future careers.

Clover Bowl teams are made up of 3 or 4 4-H members from the same school or club who compete in a quiz bowl style competition. Check out the Clover Bowl web-site for more information.

Judging Teams are made up of 3 or 4 4-H members who develop a deep understanding about their given subject. Contestants may compete at the county, regional, state and national levels.

Each year Loudon County 4-H’ers are invited to bake biscuits for fair-goers at the Tennessee Valley Fair. Our Biscuit Baking Team keeps folks coming back for more all afternoon!
